FREQUENCY DISCOUNTS apply with written agreement for consecutive ad placement.
PREPAYMENT DISCOUNT of 5% applies when contract paid in full upfront.
PLACEMENT (a guarantee that an ad will appear in a particular position) costs an additional 20% above the net cost (including applicable discounts) and is sold on a space-avaiable basis.

ADVERTISING AGREEMENT:
It is agreed by THE ECHO and Display Classified Advertiser requesting space that the liability for the paper in the event of failure to publish any advertisements shall be limited to the amount paid by the advertiser for the portion of the advertising space to be occupied by the incorrect item only, and that there will be no liability in the event beyond the amount paid for such advertisement.

APPROVAL:
All advertising subject to publisher’s approval. Rights reserved to revise or reject advertisements in accordance with the standards and acceptability to the publishers, the lighten or change type, border or illustration, to omit advertisements without notice.
