(WAWA, ON.) – On August 24, 2010 at 1:45 pm Superior East OPP in Wawa were patrolling northbound on Highway 17, Peever Twp at Montreal River. A southbound Honda Civic entered RADAR at 154 km/hr and was subsequently stopped.
The male driver, Soonwoong KWON age 22 of BURNABY, B.C. was issued a summons for Operate Motor Vehicle while Performing a Stunt contrary to the Ontario Highway Traffic Act. The vehicle and his driver’s licence was seized for seven days as a result.
He will appear in Wawa Traffic Court on October 21, 2010 to answer to the charge.
